Brought my elderly mother here today and the ladies serving us went way beyond the call of duty. They were very attentive to our needs and more than happy to help us find what we were looking for. It was my first time here but I felt like being with longtime friends as they are very personable and easy going. This is the new standard of customer service that I will be using going forward. You can tell that their personal level of service is something that is natural to them and sincere, not something they were trained to do. I truly hope that the store will be able to weather these turbulent times and I will certainly do my part to support them and return. I don't think you can get this level of service at your run of the mill department or box stores. Full disclosure: I have no relationship with this establishment whatsoever. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful...I usually prefer to go to bigger box stores but I must admit I was pleasantly surprised at both what they had to offer and their hospitable service
